- The Warsaw Elementary School’s Tiger Support Network hosted a Family Reading Night on October 23. Events during the evening included a visit from children’s author and illustrator, Roger Essley, readings by teachers, and book-related crafts. Warsaw Public Library Children’s Library Assistant, Mary Conable, was pleased to help out with the book exchange. She also took advantage of the opportunity to find out more about what our younger patrons would like to see at their public library.

This summer has seen a lot of new additions to some favorite stories. Have you seen these?
Clementine’s Letter by Sara Pennypacker. If you liked Junie B. Jones or Judy Moody, you might want to try the Clementine stories about a lively third grader.
Bruce Coville has written the third book in The Unicorn Chronicles, Dark Whispers.
The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Perilous Journey continues the story of an unusual group of “gifted” children.
For picture book fans, I’m Bad joins I Stink and I’m Dirty on the shelf.
Charlie Bone and The Shadow will come out in September.
