Story time is on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 in the Children’s Room on the lower level of the library. All ages are welcome. We offer a program designed to encourage learning and fun through stories. Try it with the children in your life. If you have specific concerns or questions, call Mary at 786-5650. For programs for other ages, please check the bulletin boards in the library or our kids spot page at

http://warsawpubliclibrarychildrenspot.blogspot.com/.

In case you were wondering:

On days when the weather is frightful, and school is closed, the library is probably open. Call ahead to be sure, but unless there is a travel ban, we will probably be here.

If you took advantage of the Summer Reading Program at the library, you probably added at least one book to your own library. Did you know you can continue to read for free books at the public library?
Project Read of Wyoming County provides free books for families who read together all year. Simply keep track of your family's reading on a Project Read calendar, return it to the public library, and select a book for your home library.
Calendars are available at public libraries in Wyoming County, including Warsaw Public Library. This year, each time you return a calendar indicating that you and your child read 15 minutes for at least 20 days, you will receive a book.

Bring your lunch to the library on Mondays at Noon in July and have a relaxing time sharing your creativity. This program is for all ages, adults and children. We will read the mystery, Chasing Vermeer, and also have some “theme” days, exploring fashion and music. Bring your Mom and have her reveal her greatest fashion triumph—or disaster! Learn the name of that song you could never figure out the words to. Why was Elvis such a big deal, and what did you wear to high school in 1980? Solve these mysteries—and more.
We’ll supply lemonade and tea.
